Our Team

Cody Kinsella

(Bcom(Law) (LLB) (LLM) (UP)

He currently practices in the debt collection, compliance and litigation department. He completed his articles of clerkship at Burden Swart & Botha Attorneys, whilst completing his LLB degree at the University of Pretoria. He was admitted as Legal Practitioner (Attorney) of the High Court of South Africa in 2021. Cody currently holds an LLM in Banking and Finance from the University of Pretoria, with electives in Advanced Consumer Credit Law and the Law of Banking and Financial Institutions. Cody has a keen interest in the National Credit Act, Property Law and Insolvency Law.
